BIDDING DOCUMENT NO. WPP-04-2014 1. National Transmission and Despatch Company (NTDC) the Employer, a corporate entity constituted after restructuring of WAPDA intends to him contractors for construction works of 132 kV D/C transmission line from 220 kV Jhimpir New to existing 132 kV T.M. than Substation (75 km) through open tender financed under NTDC's own resources. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders. 2. The employer invites sealed bids under Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure from eligible firms or persons licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in an appropriate category for the Works. A foreign bidder is entitled to bid only in a joint venture with a Pakistani contractor in accordance with the relevant provision of PEC bye-laws. The National Transmission and Dispatch Company now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the works including but not limited to checking surveys, pegging out and layout of tower locations, transportation of material, staking of tower material, sub soil inveshgation, provision of access roads where necessary, clearing right of way, construction of associated civil works foundations, complete erection, stringing of conductor and accessories, testing and commissioning of the aforementioned T/Line in following two Lots:
