Bid will not be entertained without 2% Earnest Money in the shape of Deposit at call receipt. * All contractors are bound to act according to the instruction, other terms and conditions issued by Govt. of Punjab from time to time. * If quoted tender value is less than 5% of the estimated cost the lower bidder shall have to deposit the equal amount of money (amount less than 5% of the estimate) from a scheduled bank as performance security with the department. * Other terms & conditions can be had during any working day from the office the of undersigned.
