Manager Finance and Accounts Qualification: Chartered Accountant Experience: Minimum 8 years work experience including 4 years post-qualification experience. Experience of heading a Finance Division in a reputed manufacturing/trading company will be a plus. The candidate must: - Ensure maintenance of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures - Ensure timeliness, accuracy and usefulness of financial and management reporting - Perform forecast of product pricing with cost estimates & critical analysis of actual product costing including comparison with forecast - Maintain good relationship with banks, manage their assigned credit limits and seek out opportunities - Handle Income and Sales Tax matters with relevant authorities - Ensure all legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions Ensure all cash, investment and asset management is optimized Additionally, the candidate should also: - Coordinate for import-related issues and documentation requirements - Analyze core business needs and make recommendations for ERP system for immaculate - Ensure business strategy and compliance - Ensure that all finances are properly administered and rnonitored. including credit control - Be able to forecast P&L. and Cash Flow statements for the company and advise the Board on all investment matters - Maintain professional ethics and exercise due courtesy towards suppliers, customers & employees The candidate must possess the following skills: - Strong leadership ability. team management, and interpersonal skills - Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus good organization skills - Exemplary communication and negotiation skills
