Refer to our Tender Notice published in Daily Express dated 28-01-2014 and Dawn News 29-01-2014 in respect of purchase of imported milk re-placer. The last condition i.e. the Competent Authority reserve the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason may please be read as "the University shall upon request communicate to any supplier or contractor who submitted a bid or proposal, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals, but is not required to justify those grounds".
