Expression of interest (E0I) are invited from the firms egistered with Plaming & Development Department, Government of the Punjab with following information/documents:-1. Certificate of registration with (Planning & Development Department, Government of the Punjab)a longwith the latest renewal letter. 2 Copy of Registration with Securities & Exchange Commission or Registrar of firm. 3 Copyof Reg istration with income Tax Department. 4 List of permanent professional staff akangwith CVs of relevant core staff shoving project wise experience with exact time duration for each project. 5 List of similar works complete by the firm during last (10 yea rs)a nd similar works in hand, indizating total cost of such works and cost of consultancy services received against those works alongwith date of start and cornpletionorexpected date of completion. 5 A certificate / affidavit that the firm is not black listed by any Government / Autonomous Body. 7 Chairman Consultant Selection Committee reserves the right to reject one or all proposals wi thout assigning a ny reasons. 8 Audited statementof accountsforthe last 3 years.
