The District Government Nankana Sahib, office of Executive District Officer (W8sS) Department (District Officer Building), Nankana Sahib intends to hire services of consulting firras (Residential Type) for the following projec,s.
Name o Work
1: Establishment of Hill Park at Sha.hkot, Nankana Sahib (Phase II). 50.00 (M)
The major project components include preparation of preliminary Master plan,showtime hard and soft landscaping with all designed features & detailed cost estimates and dismantling of structures & removal of dismantled material, clearance of site and removal of debris, contouring, filling by agriculture soil for contouring, preparation of surface for grass & plugging Dhaka Grass, fixation of recycled PVC material benches or concrete benches, fountains, tennis courts pavements, fixation of small bridges/ culverts, waterfalls, electric works, plantation, development of parkirtg sides, jogging tracks, installation of water guns and irrigation system works. The last date for receipt of detailed EOI/Application is 20-02-2014 till 3:00 (P.M). EOI/Applications received after this date shall not be entertained. The interested consultanlo are required to submit the following information / documents (in duplicate) to the District Officer (Bui(dings) Nankana Sahib. 1) Name address, telephone, fax number and e-mail address of consultant. 2) Ownership arid organization structure of the consultant. 3) Fthancial statement summary for the past three years. 4) List of major (similar) assignments under-taken during past 05 years. 5) Name and short CVs of Prirtcipal Staff / Experience. 6) Only the having good reputation and vast experience in similar assignmen. will be considered and ratified for further participation in the selection process. 7) Detail of projects in hand indicating the client Department, scope of works, approximate cost / date of start arid expected date of completion be furnished. 8) List of case pending in Arbitration/ Litigation, Sissy. Certhicate of Registration from Council of Architec. and Town Planners (PCATP) , in the relevant category (duly attested by ln Class Officer). 10) The Technical bid & financial bid should be submitted separately in two envelop. Any detail, in this connection may be had from the office of the District Officer (Buildings), Nankana Sahib on any working day within official hours. Applications may be submitted for E0I, by self or through any represent tive. The committee for pre-. qUalification reserves the rights to pre-qualify or reject any application without assigning arty reason there of. IPL-1230
