TENDER NOTICE
Sealed quotations are invited for the Purchase of Medical Equipment, Library Automation Software and other items for the various departments of this institution under ADP Scheme. The quotations should reach to the undersigned up to 17/02/2014 at 11.00a.m after this no quotation will be enter-tained. Bid documents fee of Rs: 2,000/- must be submitted with college cashier at the time of submission of tender doe-u ments.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1. As per procurement of goods, works & services rules 2003 at part 15 furnishing of earnest-money / tender security shall be deposited by contractors. 2. 2% call deposit is required with quotation in the name of Principal Khyber Medical College, Peshawar without call deposit quotation will not be accepted. 3. Technical and financial quotations must be submitted in separate envelopes. 4. Attested photocopy of sales tax, income tax & professional tax certificate of the year 2013-14 are required with quotation. The firm must be registered with the D.G Health Services Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the Financial Year 2013-14 (except for item at S. No 8 & 9). 6. A pre bid meeting will be held on 10/2/2014 at 10:30a.m in the office of -the Head of the Department of Forensic Medicine for the item at S. No: 4. By hand quotations are not acceptable. The quotation may be sent through postal or courier seirvicesu in the name of Principal Khyber Medical Colleg,e, Peshawar. The Tender List of all items can also be obtained from Store Section of KMC Peshawar duly signed by the End User on any working day except Saturday & Sunday. 9. The technical quotations will be opened by the purchase committee of KTH / K.MC / KCD at 11:30 am in the presence of suppliers or their representatives on the last date of submission of quotation in KTH Peshawar. 104 The purchase committee reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning any reason. 11. The quotation must be computer printed. Hand / type written quotations are not acceptable. 12. The rates quoted will be valid up to June 2014. 13. The word quotation for store must be written on the envelope. 14. The successful bidder will be responsible to complete the supply within the period given in supply order, failing which 1% penalty per day will be charged for one month after this period if the supply is not completed 2% penalty per day will be charged till the completion of supply. 15. If the supplier fails to supply the items/equipment the supply order will be cancelled and call deposit submitted by the firm will be forfeited.
