PRE-QUALIFICATION NOTICE
PRINTING OF BOOKS AND PRINTING SERVICES The Endowment Fund Trust for Preservation of the Heritage of Sindh (EFT) invites applications for the purpose of pre -qualification of the publishers/ printers from the interested and technically capable parties, having at least 05 years experience and technical know-how of printing/publishing and supplying. The scope of service shall cover: (a) Colour and black & white printing of different types of books and study material in different sizes. (b) Composing and proofreading of printing materials. (c) Book designing, page making and layout designing as per the requirements and instructions of EFT (d) Improvement of maps, illustrations and artwork. (e) E-book designing and publishing. Interested parties may collect the requirement/ criteria from the office by submitting applications, dully signed with official seal on their letterhead to the undersigned. This pre qualification will be followed by a formal bidding process which will result in a Long Team Agreement (LTA) with the successful parties for duration of 1 to 5 years depending on the performance. Quotations for all subsequent jobs shall be invited from the pre -qualified vendors only. Closing date for submitting a complete pre-qualification application with required documentsis March14, 2014. Sealed envelopes shall be dropped in the tender box at the address given below. EFT reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason thereof.
