Purpose:Responsibilities:  • Responsible to the Construction Manager for his section of works being done as per safety and quality standards. • Implement safe working practices as per the Company's Health and Safety Procedures. • Ensure that Work Procedures and Method Statements for all work activities are prepared and followed during work execution. • Liaise with the concerned Foremen to ensure that all labor, materials and quipment are available when required. • Ensure that correct work processes are implemented to ensure work completed is as per specifications . • Ensure that vvork is constructed as per approved drawings and specifications. • Notify the QA/QC Engineer and Client's representative when work is to be progressed for their joint inspection. • Encourage, promote and maintain safe site working practices. Review plant, Labor and Material allocations and advice project Manager of any potential problems.
PLANNING ENGINEER
University degree in Engineering
7 years Exp in civil, electro-mechanical and architectural installations Knowledge of PMP certification process. Proficiency with planning scheduling software (NIS Project/Primavera).
P1.1C Responsible for all scheduling and planning activities as per contract requirements Translate the project scope of ork into acti,itie, and prepare and updaie pi,ect progress
Responsibilities:  • Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract. • Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan. • Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management • Prepares and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress a. identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery if am, as well as new critical activities. • Monitor day to day work progress a. prepare the weekly and monthly program and report • Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from project manager • Prepares monthly report reflecting work progress summary. • Report to the project manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work • Participate in project meetings and discussions with the client as required. • Assists in preparing work program, cash flow and manpower histogram for tenders.
QA/QC ENGINEER
7 years Experience in emiroomental management systems, Knowledge of ISO certification process. BE in Civil Registration with any Quality Management Systcms Consolidate, review and verify documents requirements as per inspection and Test Package (ITPI prior to submission to client for final acceptance. Generate Non-confromance reports to activities not conforming to project specifications and monitor detailed action plans for close out. Implement quality system to the project
Responsibilities:  • Organizes, implement, conduct and manage the ISM as per company policy, contract specifications and ISO 9001 2008 standard. • Nlotivate and train personnel involved in the effective implementation of the IMS system • Monitor and reciew the implementation of the IMS periodically to identify and implement improvements • Assess the needs of each ne project and develop project specific procedures and plans • Ensure optimum utilization, calibration, repair and maintenance of measurement and testing equipment. • Coordinate the timely completion of corrective and preventive action on NC., CARs and Customer Complaints raised. • Maintain record of internal non-conformances and conduct necessary follow-up to ensure satisfactory corrective and preventive actions are taken. • Coordinate with project management to ensure the documentation, ntaintenance and submission of contract test packs (As-Built. 0 & NI manual, etc) as per INIS and contractual requirements. . Review and implements project quality plan, inspection and test plan method statements and project specific procedures.
QUANTITY SURVEYOR ENGINEER BE in Ci. with construction back,round

PlEMISC To measure the financial and physical performance of project againsi target,. To ensure best utilization of resources to maximize profitability of project.
Responsibilities:  • Pmpares cost estimates as required. • Preparation of measurement sheets a. assists in quantity take-off for tenders. • Assist in estimation of direct costs fo tenders. • Monitors and records site progress and keep records of day works. • Checks the allocation of manpower and productivity. • Prepares comparison sheets for quotations front suppliers and subcontractors. • Preparation of payments for subcontractors and suppliers • Assist in claims preparation in coordination with the project manager/Director. • Follow up payments. • Establishes and operates cost and financial control systems. • Provide advice on contractual claims. • Measures and computes values to variation and prepares final accounts • Prepares monthly progress payments.
