Street Theatre Shows and Awareness Boards
Dairy and Rural Development Foundation (DRDF) is implementing the Dairy Project (funded by USAID and other support institutions) to improve livestock productivity and livelihoods of rural communities in the projects targeted areas (mainly South Punjab). Dairy Project is seeking two separate technical proposals from reputable production houses/advertising agencies/vendors for the two different activities described below:
Street Theatre Shows: To conceive, produce and conduct street theatre shows on dairy farming best practices in selected villages of Districts Multan, Vehari, Muzaffargarh, Bahawalpur and Bahawalnagar. The shows will be produced in Urdu, Saraiki and Punjabi, to help ensure an effective outreach to dairy farmers. Awareness Boards: To develop and install awareness boards in rural areas of South Punjab to help ensure an effective outreach to key project stakeholders including project-trained beneficiaries, dairy farming communities, NG0s, etc., for increased awareness on best dairy farming practices. Interested production houses/advertising agencies/vendors can download detailed Request for Technical Proposals (RFP) for the street theatre shows and awareness boards and pre-qualification forms from the project website at www.dairyprojectorg.pk Interested parties should send hard copies of their technical proposals to Box No. 411 c/o: Daily Jang Lahore latest by February 26, 2014. The technical proposals should be clearly marked with the type of activity applied for. Interested firms must also provide complete company profiles, existing and previous client list in their proposals along with duly filled pre-qualification forms. Note: Firms already pre-qualified with the Dairy Project need not send filled pre-qualification forms again, except RFP. Please indicate advertisement reference number on the top left corner of your proposal/envelope.
