Concern invites sealed tenders from registered suppliers for its Early recovery Livelihoods Support for Flood Affected Population of Sindh and Baluchistan project funded by Department For International Development - DFID for the supply of the following items at District Jafferabad (Ba)ochistan) & Jaccobabad (S)ndh), Pakistan.

Terms a Conditions: 1. Tender documents can be collected from Concern Islamabad office H.No.8, Street No 30, F/711, Islamabad, from 9:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday by paying a non-refundable fee of PKR 2000/. The tender pack can also be down loaded from our website http://www.concern.net/where-we-work/asia/pakistan. Interested bidders who download the bid documents from the website will be required to deposit the tender fee along with their bid. 2. As the part related to the above mentioned kits of Tender Number Feb-14-40 has been cancelled therefore bidders who had earlier on submitted their bids for Tender number Feb-14-40 may participate in the this (Feb14-40) tender without re-payment of Rs 2000 tender fee. Sealed tenders should reach Concern Islamabad office H.No.8, Street No 30, F17/1, Islamabad on or before 1200 hours on February 25, 2014 and should be clearly marked TENDER- Not to be opened before .1200 hrs on February 25, 2014" 4. Tenders will be opened on the same day i.e February 25, 2014 at 1200 hrs in the presence of suppliers or their representatives, who wish to witness the tender opening. 5. A pay order/ demand draft in favor of "Concern Worldwide" with a value 0) 5% of the bid amount most also accompany the bid as Tender Guarantee. Bids received without Tender Guarantee may be rejected. If the selected bidder refuses to sign the supplies contract then Concern reserves the right to forfeit the bid security. 6. Bids received without samples may be rejected. T. The Supplier must quote only one option for each item. Bids received with more than one opfions and rates may be rejected. 8. Tender committee reserves the right to change the quantities or cancel/reject any or all offers without assigning any reason. S. Suppliers must not be engaged in any corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices including but not limited to applying/ bidding by multiple names /companies. If any bidder is found to be involved in such practices his/her bid may be rejected and the companies in question permanently black listed. 10. Lowest price will not be the sole criteria; quality, delivery time and previous experience will also be considered.
