COURT NOTICE RAWALPINDI
IN the Court of Mumtaz Ahmed Mughal Sahib, Civil Judge Rawalpindi. Suit for decla-ration, rendition of account permanent and mandatory injunction. Muhammad lqbal Mughal vs Syed Ejaz Ahmed Shah etc. To, No.2. Syed Akhtar Hussain Shah sio Syed Khalid Hussain Shah r/o House No. P56, Street No. 2, Mohallah Madanpura, Faisalabad, No.3. The Manager Al Mezan Bank, Chandni Chowk, Murree Road, Rawalpindi. Whereas in the above men-tioned case it has been proved to the satis-faction of the court, that the above mentioned defendant cannot be served in the ordinary way, it is therefore , proclaimed under order 5, Rule 20 CPC that if the said defendant will/shall not appear personally or through a duly authorized agent or pleader in court at 9am on 10/03/2014, the proceedings will be taken ex-parte.
