To, Ghulam Jillani, Aurangzeb, Javed sons Hajira residents of Raj Pagan Ghanila Sharif, Tehsil Balakot District Mansehra presently Bareeda Al Qaseem, Saudi Arabia, Noor Alam, Farooq, Rafiq sons of Noor Zai, Rabia daughters of Wanoor Janay widow of Fazla (legal heirs Fazla). residents of Raj Patian Ghanila, Tehsil Balakot District Mansehra. Whereas in the above mentioned case it has been proved to the satisfaction of the court, that the above mentioned defen-dant cannot be served in the ordinary way, it is, therefore , proclaimed under order 5, Rule 20 CPC that if the said defendant will/shall not appear personally or through a duly authorized agent or pleader in court at 9am on 11/0312014, the proceedings will be taken ex-parte.
