TERMS & CONDITION  1. The interested bidder shall submit their bids Single stage- two envelope procedure the bid shall comprise a single package containing two separate envelopes. Each envelope shall con-tain separately the financial proposal and the technical pro-posal as per PPRA Rule. 2. Tender documents with terms & conditions is available in the office of the Purchase Section and obtainable in person dur-ing office hours after depositing fee of Rs.1000/- each docu-ments (non refundable) through bank Challan at HBL/ UBL New Campus Branch, Multan. 3. Tender document will not be sent through Dak. 4. Tender notice is available in the website of the B.Z. University and PPRA. 5. Price of each item should be mentioned including GST. 6. The rates will be valid up for 90-days from the date of open-ing the tender. 7. The quotation must reach on 13-03-2014 till 12:30 PM with a call deposit of equal to 5% of bid price positively in the office of Treasurer, Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan. The tender will be opened on the same date at 1:00 p.m. in the Treasurer Office in the presence of the bidders who may like to attend the tender opening meeting.
