Agro Food Processing (AFP) Facilities Mu[tan is incorporated as a Company, Limited by Guarantee. The company provides processing facilities for fruit & vegetable processing facilities to support the sector for value addition. Applications for Pre-Qualification are solicited from reputed and well established Equipment/ Machinery Manufacturers/Suppliers who can supply the following to AFP Multan. 1. Grader, Electronic (By weight) 2. Effluent Water Treatment Plant Interested parties should apply for Pre-qualification with the following documents.  Company profile including Name, Address, Phone/Fax No. of the firm along with status of the firm, whether proprietorship! partnership / private Ltd./Public Ltd.  A copy of National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Certificates * Copies of registration with Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous bodies * Name of principals duly supported by copies of agency agreements along with their company profile and Letter of Authority/ Representation, if applicable. * Undertaking on the company letter head that the firm is not blacklisted by any Public/Govt. Department or any other organization. * Current registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), if required. * Financial status duly supported by Bank Certificate/Statement * Details of Capabilities with respect to Firm's Management, Personnel, Equipment and Plant * Details of relevant experience and past performance preferably for the last three years. * List of related work in hand / completed with cost and particulars of client organization. * copies of reference letters. * Broachers/Leaflets/Manuals/Specification of the products to be offered. * Any other document which the interested parties may consider to be in their favor. Interested parties may submit application for any one or both equipment * Any given information, if found to be false at any stage, will result in immediate rejection or cancellation of the application at Supplier's risk and cost * Incomplete proposals without above mentioned information/ documents would be rejected * AFP may ask for any other information and details, if required and reserve the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason. Interested parties should submit all documents at the address given below, on or before 5:00 pm March 3, 2014 to the office of Chief Executive Officer duly marked Procurement of Equipment/Machinery for Agro Food Processing Facilities, Multan and name of the machinery! equipment to be supplied by their firm.
