SHORT NOTICE FOR PRE QUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS
Applications are invited for Pre-Qualification from Contractors/Firms who are on the approved list of C&W Department duly registered / renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2013- 2014 in relevant / respective category for the tendering of the following work: -

The interested Contractors / firms are required to submit the following information/documents page marked & indexed (in duplicate) to the Executive Engineer, 2ND Provincial Buildings Division, Lahore so as to reach him by 24.02.2014. 1- Name / full address and partnership deed of the contractors / firms with Power of Attorney in favour of persons authorized. 2- Year of establishment supported by certificate from the Registrar of firms. 3- Name/particulars of specialist firm to be associated. 4- List of cases pending in arbitration/ litigation, if any. 5- Renewal/Certificate of Registration from Pakistan Engineering council Islamabad, in the relevant category (duly attested by e Class Officer). 6- Copy of Enlistment! renewal for year 2013-2014 with C&W department. 7- List of complete permanent Business management, Finance Management and Engineering / Technical Staff with their complete Rio-data and proof of stay with the firm. 8- List equipment with its No. make/model condition and location along-with the proof of ownership. 9- Detail of similar projects completed by the contractor / finri giving location, approximate cost, time taken for completion duly supported with a certificate from Client Department. 10- List of project handled during last 3-years giving their location, approximate cost, time allowed/taken duly supported with a certificate from Client Department 11- Performance certificate from the Executive Engineer/ client under whom the works have been executed during last 10-years. 12- Detail of works in hand indicating name of client department. Consultants, scope of work, completed) payments received upto date by the contractor/firm. 13- Authentic proof of their financial position such as Bank statement of the previous one year. 14- Total assets work capital and liabilities duly certified. 15- Income Tax registration certificate 16- Any further particulars, the firm wishes to furnish. The Pre-qualification application shall be evaluated on the basis of Planning & Development Department criteria for Pre-qualification. The other related information required in this regard should also be provided. Any further information / detail in this connection may be had from the Executive Engineer, 2'D Provincial Buildings Division, Mcleod Road, Lahore on any working day. he-qualified firms will be sent invitations to submit tender. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject the pre-qualification as per PPRA rules.
