INVITATION FOR BIDS UN-ACCORDANCE WITH SPPRA GUIDELINES] 1. Executive Engineer, Education Works Division-I, invites sealed bids from interested firms or persons licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category for the works mentioned below mentioning title, type, financial volume of works and time period for the completion of works. 2. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by an interested eligible bidder on submission of a written application to the office given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rupees 30001-.
