1. The OGDCL reserves the right to postpone, cancel or annul the bidding process at any stage without incurring any liability. 2. All the prospective bidders most submit the Bid Money in shape of Demand Draft/ Pay Order etc.(refundable) amounting to Rs.1,000,000 (Rupees One Million) in favor of OGDCL, otherwise bid will be treated as Non — Responsive. 3. The bids must be delivered at the reception of OGDCL House, Jinnah Avenue, Islamabad, Pakistan on or before 1100 hours on 12-02-2014, clearly referring "Bid for Sono/Lashari Field Low Pressure Gas" on the envelope. 4. The bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same day. Any bid received after 11:00 hours on 12-02-2014 shall not be entertained. 5.
