. The Tender Form along with Schedule B for Development Works to the interested Contractors will be issued from very first day after Publication in Newspapers/website SPPRA till 10-02-2014 at 12:00 PM against mentioned Tender Fee (Non-Refundable). The Tender Document along with Schedule Bold 2% Earnest Money Shown against the each work will be submitted by the contractor on 10-02-2014 till 2:00 PM and same will be opened on the same day/date 00 3:00 PM in presence of Contractors by the Town Officer (Defunct) TMA, Town Committee Sindhri. No Conditional Tender will be accepted. No contractors/Parties/firms will be allowed to participate without NTN Certificate issued by the FBR Pakistan and fulfilling the other requirements as per SPPRA Rules 2010 and amended Rules 2013. In case all works are not tendered Vol on the fixed date i.e. 10-02-2014 then remaining works will be again received and tendered out on second date i.e. 26-02-2014 by adopting required procedure. ,. Undersigned Reserve the rights to accept/cancel any Tender/all Tenders subject to relevant provision of SPPRA rules 2010. In case any infirmity is pointed out by the SPPRA/Government of Sindh for Correction, the same will be revived/corrected in shape of Corrigendum and will be displayed on the Notice Board 03 Days before opening to Tenders for General Information of the Contractors and Public, which may please be noted clearly.
