SHORT TENDER NOTICE
Sealed item rates tenders are hereby invited by the undersigned from the approved contractors of HUD & PHED, who have got their name enlisted! renewed for the year 2013-2014 and have deposited their enlistment renewal fee for the current financial year 2013-2014 and the suppliers / manufactures impalas of concerned categoiy, duly registered with Sales Tax department. The tenders shall be issued from the date of publication of this notice up to 10-02•2014 and o?ened in the office of the undersigned on 11-0222014 at 2.00 P.M in the presence of intending contactors I firms or their Authorized Representatives, with like to be present The tender documents can be obtained from the Divisional Head Clerk of this office during the office hours on ash payment as admissible under the PPM No.23(5) Rs:500/- for each tender. The amount of earnest money (as per PPM rules) in the shape of deposit-akall from the Scheduled Bank, in the name of the Executive Engineer Public Health Engineering Division Lahore, be attached with the tender documents, failing which tender documents shall not be entertained. All the Finns utile getting tenders issued are required to bring with him them enlistment I renewal letter of PHE Department, along with G.R on which enlistment 1 renewal fee deposited with the PHE Department and sales tax registration proof, failing which the tenders documents will not be issued. By post tenders will not be entertained.
