Responsibilities
Conceive and execute. plans for new development projects relating to tourism and recreation sector. Actively participate in the development process for assigned projects with focus an motivation. time to market, cost minimization and over all project quality. Research and analysis for initiating development projects. ▪ Develop and implement project budgets to optimize R&D return on investment. ▪ Conduct reprehensibility-feasibility and preparation of Concept Papers for new initially.. Develop data base for potential tourism and recreation facilities highlighting cultural assets and events. ▪ Monitor and control progress of projects to provide technical oversight and ensure sound application of Engineering Principals. Conduct financial and Economic analysis like Benefit Cost Ratio, 1RR etc. to ascertain viability of the projects,
Qualification
(B.Sc Civil Engineering) or Master in Project Development or Development
