Project titled "Prime Minister's Initiative for Management of Dengue Fever and Pollen Allergy in ICT under Capital Administration & Development Division seeking sealed quotations from manufacturers/ importers/ authorized distributors registered with GST/NTN for supply of laboratory & medical equipment, kits and other items. Prices quoted should remain valid Uptill June, 2014. Suppliers may quote for single or multiple items. Government taxes will be deducted at the time of payment as per Government prescribed rates. 4. Technical Evaluation Criteria, Specification of the items and detailed terms & condition of the Tender document can be collected from the office of Project Director, Dengue Fever & Pollen Allergy in ICT, House No.4-B, Street No. 17, Sector F-8/3, Islamabad at a cost of Rs. 1000/-(Rupees one thousand only) in cash (non-refundable) between 0900 to 1600 hours. 5. The tender will be accepted by 11:00 hours on 30th January, 2014 in two Separate sealed envelopes marked as technical and financial proposal. Technical proposal will be opened at 11:30 hours on same day in the presence of available vendors. 6. The attested photocopies of the registration documents with General Sales Tax and Income Tax Department must be attached. 7. Earnest money @ 2% of quoted amount will be deposited along with quotation /financial bid in the shape of Bank draft/Pay order in favour of Project Director, Dengue Fever & Pollen Allergy in [CT which will be retained as performance guarantee after delivery of items. 8. The Project reserves the right to reject all bids as per rule 33 of PPRA 2004. 9. The Project reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of above mentioned items. 10. Quoted rates/price should be inclusive of all applicable taxes. 11. Incomplete tender will be rejected. 12. Tender notice can be viewed on www.ppra.org.pk.
