NOTICE INVITING TENDER
The Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab invites sealed tender for civil works of the scheme mentioned below:-

1. Interested firms must have registration with PEC and any Department of Government of Punjab as a civil work contractor (s) and valid registration with Income Tax / Sale Tax Department / copies of all registrations renewed upto year 2014 be enclosed with the bid by bidding firm (s). 2. A Certificate / Affidavit that the firm is not black listed by any Govt. / Autonomous, Semi Autonomous Body and no bankruptcy involved. 3. The bidder should have sufficient technical staff and equipments to complete the work satisfactory. 4. The TDCP reserves the right to reject any or all the bids without assigning any reason. 5. Tender Documents should be collected from the office of the Undersigned immediately after publication of advertisement upto 12.02. 2014 before 12:15 A.M The tender will be received on 12.02.2014 at 01:30 P.M and will be opened on the same day at 2:00 p.m in the TDCP's Head Office at the address given below in the presence of bidders who will take care to be present at the time of opening of the tenders, personally or through their authorized representative. 6. Procedure of evaluating the competitive bidding is according to clause 36 A of Punjab Procurement Rules 2009.
