Sealed bids are invited by University of the Punjab from the firms/ contractors, registered with GST & NTN for the following descriptions.

Detailed specifications, terms & conditions are available in the Bid Documents, which can be obtained from the Procurement Wing, 2nd Floor, Admin Block Quaid-e-Azzan Campus Lahore (Tel: 042-35838310) at the cost mentioned against each tender within 15-days of this tender advertisement during the working hours. Bid Document Fee will be deposited in Habib Bank Ltd. Quaid-e-Azam Campus Branch, University of the Punjab, Lahore.
Bids should reach in the office of the Treasurer (Procurement Wing) along with 2% Earnest Money by above said period at 10:30 a.m., which will be opened on the same date at 11:00 (a.m.) in the presence of bidders.
The competent authority reserves the right to reduce/increase quantity/ accept or reject any or all bids in part / toto without assigning any reason.
