The Firms should quote Best & Final Rates. 2. Tender documents containing detailed specifications, terms and conditions can be down loaded from the Islamia University of Bahawalpur website www.iub.edu.pk. or can be obtained from Purchase Section by hand/by post providing self addressed envelope duly postage stamped. Tender will not be accepted without CDR (2%) of total value and Tender Fee (Rs.3000) for each tender. 3. Tender should reach in the Treasurer's Office upto February 10, 2014 by 11.00 A.M. Tenders will be opened on the same day 11.30 A.M in the presence of bidders or their reprnsentatives. 4. All bids submitted after the given time shall not be accepted. 5. Taxes will be applicable as per Govt. Rules & Regulations. 6. The competent authority may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. However, the grounds for its rejection will be communicated to the concerned bidders (if any). 7. Rates should be quoted inclusive all taxes. 8. Conditional bids will not be acceptable. 9.
