Each Bid must be accompanied by a BID SECURITY as mentioned above in PAK RUPEES, in the form of Deposit at I Call or Bank Guarantee by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan in the favor of the Employer are acceptable ONLY. 3. Any Bid not accompanied by an acceptable Bid Security r: shall be rejected by the Employer being Non Responsive. 10. The competent Authority reserve the right to accept or reject any one or all proposals as per rule 33 of Public Procurement rules 2004.
