INVITATION TO BID
Sealed Bids are invited for the procurement and installation of the following Pumping Sets for irrigation Tube-wells/Open-wells from the manufacturers or their authorized dealers, which should reach in office of the undersigned on or before 05/02/2014 at 2:00 Pm. Tender will be opened by the "Tender Opening and Evaluation Committee" constituted by the Government for the purpose, on the same day and time in presence of the Bidders or their authorized representatives. In case of Holiday on 05/02/2014, the next working day may be considered the tender opening date on the same place and time.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1 Each Tender should be accompanied with a Call-deposit for the amount mentioned herein above, as earnest money in the name of Director, Agricultural Engineering, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Tarnab, Peshawar which will be released to un-successful bidders after finalization of the Tender.
2 Rate quoted will be valid upto 30th June 2015.
3 Tender documents and detail specifications etc. can be obtained from office of the undersigned on cash payment of Rs.5,000/- (Non-Refundable) through their authorized dealer or representative, from 13/01/2014 to 4/02/2014 during office hours.
4 On the recommendation of the Tender Opening and Evaluation Committee, the undersigned reserves the right to cancel any or all the tenders without assigning any reason. !.. (ENGR. MOHIB AL!
