INVITATION FOR BIDS (FB) SUPPLY, INSTALLATION OF DNA LAB FOR HUMAN IDENTIFICATION (TURN KEY SOLUTION) ADP SCHEME 2013-14 AT FORENSIC MEDICINE DEPARTMENT KHYBER MEDICAL COLLEGE PESHAWAR GOVERNMENT OF KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA
1. Khyber Medical College, Peshawar Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids through single stage two envelopes bidding procedure as per rule 40 of the ICPK Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules 2003, from the bidder for supply and installation of DNA LAB. 2 Interested bidders may download the Detaille descriptions of DNA LAB from the following website http://wvvw.lcmc.edu.pk/tenders from the date of publication. 3 A pre bid meeting will be held on 15/1/2014 and if necessary the second pre bid meeting will be held on 20/1/2014 The bidders or their authorized representatives are requested to attend the pre bid meeting. The bidders are required to bring a printed copy of the standard bidding document to the meeting. 4 Technical & financial bids must be submitted in separate envelops. 5 Bids must be delivered at the address given below at or before 10: 30 hours on 27/1/2014. After the last date no bid win be considered. The technical bids will be opened by the Purchase Committee of KTH/KMC/KCD in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives, who choose to attend bid opening meeting at 11:00 hours on the same date in the conference room of Khyber Teaching Hospital, Peshawar. Bid security, earnest money amounting to 2% of the total bid amount in the shape of pay order (PO) / Demand Draft (DO) / call deposit receipt (CDR) in the name of Principal Khyber Medical College, Peshawar along with the financial bids without the security earnest money the bid will not be considered. 6 The bidders are required to give their best and final unit prices as per the specifications in part-two, section-IV of the standard bidding documents as no negotiations on the prices are allowed. The bid must be valid up-to 30/6/2014. Quantity of items can be increased or decreased 7 Bid documents fee of Rs: 2000.00 must be submitted with college cashier. 8 Attested photocopy of Sale Tax, Income Tax & Professional Tax certificate (NTN No) of the yeat013-14 are required with bids. 9 Only GST registered firms will be considered for bidding 10 The bid document must be computer printed. Hand /Type written bids are not acceptable.
