TENDER NOTICE
FOR PRINTING AND PUBLICITY FOR WEXNET EXHIBITION, CONFERENCE AND FASHION SHOW IN LAHORE
Sealed Bids are invited from Printing Companies / Firms registered with Income Tax / Sales Tax, having expertise and capacity to plan and provide promotional material/ branding for Event WEXNET 2014 scheduled to be held from March 20-23,2014 in Lahore. The company / firm would provide: (1) Printing of Publicity Material, Exhibitor's Directory, Invitation Cards etc. (2) Branding in Expo Centre & within Lahore. (3) The service provider shall completely co-operate with security agencies. (4) Provisioning of complete technical support throughout the event. (5) The bidder will furnish a "Call Deposit receipt / Pay Order" in favor of "TDAP, EMDF" equivalent to 3% of the total tender amount (after including all payable taxes) as Earnest / Bid money. All interested companies / firms have to submit the tender with following documents and bank draft on or before 31-01-2014 1130 hrs. The tender will be opened on the same day at 1230 hrs. All interested parties should provide: 1) Company Profile 2) Financial Statements / Bank Certificates showing financial strength of the firm 3) Relevant experience and past performance Item Wise details / BOQ can be obtained from the undersigned on any working days till 27th Jan 2014 between 1000 to 1400 hrs on payments of Rs. 500/- (Rs. five hundred). TDAP reserves the right to accept or reject the tender. However the company will be intimated about the reasons of rejection.
