Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Machinery A progressive organization is establishing Light Engineering Upgradation Centre for SMEs in Balochistan (LEUC) at Hub Industrial and Trading Estate (HITE). This centre will provide common facilities as well as help to improve technical skills level of the local workforce, thereby enabling the local industry to produce quality products and achieve competitiveness. The company wishes to engage reputed and experienced firms / companies for the supply of following machines and equipments: CNC Vertical Machining Centre, CNC Turning Centre, Universal Tensile Testing Machine, Vickers Hardness Tester, Rockewell Hardness Tester, Brinell Hardness Tester, Generator. Interested parties are invited to send their sealed bids on the basis of single stage two envelop procedure for The supply of machinery and equipment. Kindly clearly mark envelopes as "Technical Proposal. and "Financial Proposal.. 1. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased on submission of a written application to the office given below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000/-. The bidding documents may be obtained between 09:00 am to 05:00 pm on any working day from our office address given below. 2. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security 2% of bid amount in shape of Bank Draft / Pay Order in favor of the company. 3. The bids must be delivered lathe office of the undersigned till 02:30 pm on 24. January 2014. Any bid received after the indicated time shall be rejected. 4. The bids shall be opened at 03:00 pm on the same day as above at company's office in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend. 5. The company reserves all rights to reject any / all bids prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal as per the Rules and Regulations under the PPRA Ordinance, 2002.
