Rgritutture aniber5itip lianbajam ANNOUNCES it=2..6,Fsts Schoilarships for Bachelor's Degree Program for the YEAR 2013-14 under Pak-USAID Merit and Needs Based Scholarships Program Phase-II Sindh Agriculture University (SAU) Tandojam offers the scholarships under "Pak-USAID Merit and Needs Based Scholarship Program Phase-II" for the students of New Batch of Bachelor's Degree Program 201 3-1 4 session who will be enrolled at this University. Therefore all the interested candidates are advised to fill out the scholarship application form and submit the same on or before 10-03-2014 HOW TO APPLY:- • The Scholarship Application Form may be downloaded at www.sau.edu.pk or it can be obtained from the Students Financial Aid Office of this University. • The Students who are interested to apply shall fill out Scholarship Form and submit it along with the supporting documents at Students Financial Aid Office, 2 Floor, Administration Block, SAU Tandojam. • The Institutional Scholarship Award Committee (ISAC) recommends potential candidates to HEC Scholarship Management Committee (SMC) that approves the cases after thorough review. The committee includes top Executives of HEC, representatives from the participating institutions, eminent scholars and a senior member from USAID, Pakistan. • After finalization of awardees list, the scholarship fund for the selected students will be transferred to participating institutions for onward disbursement to students. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-• Financial assistance & scholarships are available in the disciplines of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Sciences for Undergraduate (Bachelor's) degree program at Sindh Agriculture University Tandojam. • Student should be able to compete for securing admission in this university as per admission policy and be enrolled in Bachelor's (Undergraduate) degree program. • 25% of the awarded scholarships go to female students, especially those coming from remote and vulnerable areas, which are financially needy, and meet admission criteria of the University. • Only those students who obtain admission in the Bachelor's (Undergraduate) degree program offered by SAU Tandojam during the year 201 3-1 4 are eligible to apply. • The eligibility of a candidate is linked to neediness of the candidate as determined & assessed by the financial background of his/her family. • Incomplete form shall not be accepted. • Only short listed students will be called for interview.
