Headquarter NADRA intends to purchase Power Cable & PVC Pipe Flexible for Generator from sale / Income tax registered firms: a. Power Cable Single Core x 4 (240mm) Qty 135 Meter b. Flexible PVC Pipe Qty 135 Meter TERMS & CONDITIONS:-1. Government taxes will be deducted at the time of payment as per Government prescribed rates. 2. The tender will be accepted by 11:00 hours on January 211 2014 using the single stage one envelope method. The same will be opened at 1130 hours on same day in the presence of available vendors. 3. Specification and detailed terms & conditions can be collected from the office of Procurement Department at a cost of Rs. 2000/- in cash (non-refundable) between 0900 to 1600 hours except Saturday and Sunday/ Holiday. 4. Earnest money @ 2% of quoted amount will be depositeu in the form of DD, Pay Order or a Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan or an insurance company having at least AA rating from PACRA / JCR in favour of HQ NADRA Islamabad. 5. NADRA reserves the right to reject all bids as per rule 33 of PPRA 2004. 6. Quoted rates! price should be inclusive of all applicable taxes. 7. Liquidated Damages: 1% per day up to maximum 15% of the total order. 8. After the expiry of above mentioned LD period "NADRA reserve the right to cancel the purchase order and confiscate the earnest money of the vendor/ supplier" 9.
