Sealed tenders are invited front the reputed, insurance companies for providing health insurance coverage for 500 students of Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al-Nalwan Medical & Dental College, Lahore. I. Tender documents containing terms & conditions and other details can be obtained from the Accounts Office, Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan Medical & Dental College, Lahore on any working day on payment of Rs. 500!- per tender. 2. Insurance companies having -A- rating or above are required to submit Technical and Financial proposals in two separate sealed envelopes according to single stage two envelope procedure of Punjab Procurement Rules. 3. Complete tender accompanied by a Bank Draft / Pay Order of 2.5 % of the total tender amount of lender in the name of Principal, Shaikh Khali& Bin layed Al•Nahyan Medical & Dental College, Lahore as earnest money shall reach the undersigned on or before 03-02-2014 till 11:00 AM. The Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. and Financial Proposals of the technically accepted bids will be opened on 04-02-2014 at 11:00AM. 4. In case of Public holyday technical & financial bids will be opened on next working day at same time. 5. Principal, Medical College reserves the rights to accept I reject any or all offers under Punjab Procurement Rules.
