SHORT TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders based on item rates / percentage above or below (S.M.R) are hereby invited for the works mentioned below, from the Contractors / Firms enlisted with the C&VV Department / Works & Services Department, Sheikhupura and renewed by the competent authority for the year 2013-14, with renewal fee duly paid and in the field of Buildings works. Tender documents can be obtained from the District Officer (Planning) Office, DCO Office Sheikhupura, and the Office of the undersigned during office hours against written request accompained with attested copies of enlistment, upto date renewal letter, fee receipt, P.E.0 License, Authority letter on pad form of the Contractor I Firm, Identity Card of Contractor / Managing partner of the firm alongwith registered power of attorney and on payment of prescibed tender fee in shape of deposit calls. Tender rates and amounts should be filled in figures as well as in words and tenders should be signed as per General Directions given in the lender documents. No rebate on tendered rates will be acceptable. No tender will be issued after the date of issuance of tenders as indicated in the tender notice. Tenders will be issued upto 31-01-2014, during the office hours and will be received on 3-2-2014 at 01:00 (P.M) in the Zila Council Hall Sheikhupura, which will be opened immediately there after by the District Tender Board, Sheikhupura, in the presence of intending contractors. Conditional tenders and tenders not accompained with earnest money in shape of deposit at call receipt from a scheduled bank, attested copies of registered partnership deed and power of attorney in case of firms will not be entertained. (Both deposit calls i.e Earnest money & tender fee will be received at the time of issuance of the tender. If the rates quoted by the contractors / firms are below 5% or more, the contractors I firms will be bound to deposit additional performance security from a scheduled bank within 15 days. Undersigned shall have the right to reject any or all of the tenders without assigning any reason there of. In case of any Public holiday, the next day will be applicable, for the issuance & receiving of the tenders. The record relating to the work may be examined in the office of the undersigned if desirerd. The provisions of T.S estimate will be the final in case of any ommission. Note: - In case of National holidays, the tenders shall be received on the next working day.
