PRE-OUALIFICATION NOTICE
Applications are invited for Pre-Qualification from Manufacturers or their authorized dealers of Diesel Generators having the below mentioned,specifications for the mit "Provision / Installation of Diesel Generator Sets for Tube Well in Government Colonies (Wandat Colony, Chauburji Garden Estate, Poonch House Staff Colony & Humma Block), Lahore." The interested participants should be duly registered / renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2013-2014 in relevant / respective category.

The interested Contractors I firms are required to submit the following information/documents page marked & indexed (in duplicate) to the Executive Engineer, 7" Provincial buildings Division, Lahore so as to reach him by 06-02-2014. 1- Name/MI address and partnership deed of the contractors / firms with Power of Attorney in favour of persons authorized. 2- Year of establishment supported by certificate from the Registrar of firms. 3- List of eases pending in arbitration/ litigation, if any. 4- RenewaL/Certificate of Registration from Pakistan Engineering council Islamabad, in the relevant category for the year 2013-14 (duly attested by 1gClass Officer). 5- Technical data / manufacturer specifications of Engine, Alternator and Diesel Generator sets and their country of origin and assembling / coupling. 6- List of complete Permanent Business management, Finance Management and Engineering / Technical Staff with their complete Bio-data and proof of stay with the firm. 7- List of equipment with its No. make/model condition and location along-with the proof of ownership. Detail of similar projects completed by the contractor / firm giving location, approximate cost, time taken for completion duly supported with a certificate from Client Department. 9- List of project handled during last 5-years giving their location, approximate cost, time allowed/taken duly supported with a certificate from Client Department 10- Performance certificate from the Executive Engineer/ client under whom the works have been executed during last 5-years. 11- Detail of works in hand indicating name of client department. Consultantyscope of work, completed/ payments received upto date by the contractor/firm. 12- Proof of adequate after sales service facilities. 13- Authentic proof of their financial position such as Bank statement of the previous one year. 14- Total assets wort capital and liabilities duli certified. 15- Income Tax registration certificate 16- Any further particulars, the firm wishes to fumish. The Pre-qualification application shall be evaluated on the basis of Planning & Development Department criteria for Pre-qualification. The other related information required in this regard should also be provided. Any further information / detail in this connection may be had from the Executive Engineer, 7th Provincial buildings Division, McLeod Road, Lahore on any working day. Pre-qualified firms will be sent imitations to submit tender. The pre-qualification committee reserves the right to pre-qualify or reject any application as per PPRA rules. Further more, the prequalification of any firm/contractor will be cancelled in case of any misinformation supplied to this office at any stage.
