REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Project Management & Implementation Unit, Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh intends to engage Engineering Consultancy Firms enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council for the ADP Schemes namely: 1. ESTABLISHMENT OF ENGLISH MEDIUM SCHOOLS IN SINDH (25 UNITS) IN CAMBRIDGE SYSTEM (NURSERY TO OILEVEL) ADP NO. 204 OF 2013-2014 2. ESTABLISHMENT OF COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOLS IN SINDH (25 UNITS) ADP NO. 205 OF 2013-14 A firm will be selected for the consulting services under the quality and cost based selection (QCBS) as per the procedure described in request for proposal (RFP) document. RFP documents/TORs along with evaluation criteria can be collected from the office of the undersigned on any working day from 23rd January 2014, during office hours. 9:00 to 1600 hrs (Monday to Friday) before the opening date on cash payment of Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable). Interested bidders shall be required to submit their technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked "Technical Proposal" &"Financial Proposal" in bold and legible letters to avoid confusion. Both these proposals shall be enclosed in an outer envelope and shall be submitted as a single package. Last date of submission of bid is 10th February 2014, before 2:00 pm in the office of the project Director, Project Management & Implementation Unit, Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh, D-62/1, Opposite Beacon House KG-2 School, Near Kausar Medicos, Block-9, Clifton, Karachi and same shall be opened at the same location in the presence of the bidders on same date at 3:00 pm. Initially only the envelope marked "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" shall be opened. Financial Proposal of only technically qualified bidders shall be opened. No amendments in the technical proposal will be permitted after the closing date of submission.
