LAST DATE AND TIME OF TENDER DESCRIPTION RECEIPT AND OPENING OF TENDER Procurement of Spare Parts for B. D. Aftab both 13-02-2014 on F.O.R and F.O.B Basis. at 1030 Hrs. 13-02-2014 (Tender No. GFP-231) at 1100 Hrs.
The bids shall be submitted In sealed envelopes containing two separate envelopes, each envelope shall be contained separately as Financial Proposal (with rates) and the Technical Proposal (without rates) comprising of one original and 02 copies (1+2). • The envelopes shall be marked as Financial Proposal and Technical Proposal in bold and legible letters to avoid any confusion • Earnest Money as per tender documents should be submitted along with technical offers in the name of Chief Accounts Officer KPT • All offers must remain valid for acceptance for 120 days from the date of opening of the tender. • Tender documents will only be issued to those firms who provide General Sales Tax Registration and NTN certificates, and copy of CN1C of the bearer with the request letter. • The successful bidder will deposit 5% of the total bid value as security deposit at the time of acceptance of bid_ • 'The successful bidder will execute an agreement with the KPT Management that he will abide by stipulated Terms & Conditions in all respects. • Tender Forms can be collected from the Stores Department against the tender documents fee of Rs. 2,000/- to be deposited in HBL KPT Branch, Karachi, by obtaining Challan from the concerned department. No Tender will be issued on tender opening date. • Karachi Port Trust reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids proposals I offers at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal, The reasons for rejection shall be communicated upon request NOTE: The firms participating in tenders / enquiries / supplies are required to be registered as per Sales Tax General Order No 34/2010 (Para-3 (f) of Federal Board of Revenue (Indirect Tax Policy) Government of Pakistan.
