Technical & Financial proposal for Consultants services for Feasibility Study of Raw Sites Phase-II in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
1. Government of KPK intends to develop Hydropower Projects in the Public Sector through Pakhtunkhwa Hyde! Development Organization (PHYDO). In this regard Technical & Financial proposals are invited from Engineering Consultancy firms for conducting the feasibility study of following three schemes :- S. Name of Scheme Experience No

2. Interested firms / companies may form a joint venture with local or foreign consultants for the proposals. The proposals submitted by joint venture must be accompanied with documents in support of formation of the venture. Such documents must set forth the extent of responsibilities and participation of each member of the joint venture, ito duration and the person (s) authorized to present and obligate it, and include other relevant information. 3. The Proposals should consist of (i) the background and experience of the floss in Feasibility studies of hydropower projects having more than 100 MW capacity (maximum 5 projects) for Kati-Muskhur HPP & Torcamp. Guddubar HPP and 30 MW capacity (maximum 10) project for Cabral Kalam HPP respectively, including in hand projects and work done during the last ten years.(ii) Detail resume of proposed professional to be assigned to carry out the services, CV duly singed by experts. (iii).Financial resources and financial Position firm for last three years (iv) Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council as per applicable law.(v) Project office/sub office in Peshawar.(vii) Proof of NTN 4. Fu.rther detail/information can be obtained from PHYDO Head Office during working hours. 5. Interested firms am requested to obtain Request for Proposal (RFP) on payment of Rs 10,000/- (in the shape of Demand Draft in Favour of Managing Director PHYDO) for each scheme from the office of undersigned during working hours by 24/01/2014. 6. The sealed 3 copies (in two envelopes) of Technical and Financial proposal for each scheme should reach on the following address on or before 14/02/2014. 7.
