( FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2014 (ONLY FOR GIRLS) ) Applications on prescribed Admission Forms are invited from the Eligible Candidates for Admission in First Year of Doctor of Pharmacy (5-Years Programme) for the Academic Session 2014 at the Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, PUMHSW, Nawabshah (SBA) as per details given below: ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:  1. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:  The Minimum Qualification required for Admission in First Year Doctor of Pharmacy Pharm-D) Programme is Higher Secondary Certificate in Pre-Medical with the subjects of Physics. Chemistry and Biology with at least 50% of Marks passed during the Years 2010, 2011, 2012 or 2013. Examination from any Higher Secondary Board other than Sindh or abroad should have been recognized by I BCC (Inter Board Committee of Chairmen-Islamabad). 2. DOMICILE & PRC:  Candidates desiring for Admissions in Pharm-D must fall under the Categories of District Merit/UEAP. Hence Permanent Residence and Domicile Certificate of the respective Districts of Sindh (Except Karachi) are must. 3. ENTRY TEST:  The Eligible Candidates applying for the Admission in Pharm-D will undergo through ENTRY TEST to decide their Merits which will be arranged by the Peoples University of Medical & Health Sciences for Women, Shaheed Benazirabad, Nawabshah on SUNDAY 23rd FEBRUARY 2014 at the PUMHSW. PROCEDURE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM:  Application Form and Prospectus can be obtained from the Admission Office of the Peoples University of Medical & Health Sciences for Women (PUMHSVV), Shaheed Benazirabad, Nawabshah on (Non-Refundable) Payment of Rs. 2,000 (Rupees Two Thousand Only) with effect from, 31st JANUARY 2014. The Chu an Forms may be collected from the Admission Office of this University. (Last Date for Submission of Application Form is Friday, 14th FEBRUARY 2014) after which No Application Form will be accepted / entertained. ISSUE OF ADMIT CARDS FOR ENTRY TEST:  Admit Card for appearing in the Entry Test to be collected by the Applicants from the Admission Office of this University on 21st and 22nd FEBRUARY 2014.
