1. National Transmission and Dispatch Company Limited (NTDCL) invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of Control & Relay Panels and Auxiliary Panels for Transformers. 2. International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with NTDCIPPRA's Single stage, one envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries. The Scope of the tender is as following:

The Bidding Document, in the English language, may be purchased by interested bidder from 3rd February 2014, on the submission of a written application to the above address and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000/-. The method of payment will be by Bank Draft from any Scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favour of the Purchaser. The documents may be collected in person or may be sent by express airmail for an additional fee of Rs. 3,000/- for domestic delivery or US$ 30/- for overseas delivery, the documents may be sent by courier services. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery. 5. The bids must be delivered to the above office on or before March 06, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. Bid will be opened at 11:30 A.M. on the same day, in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend at the same address. 6. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of not less than (2%) of total bid price in the format of Bank Guarantee on Bid Security form provided or in the form of Deposit at Call or from a Foreign Bank duly counter guaranteed by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan. 7. NTDCL will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by Bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of Bids. 8. The bidders are requested to give their best and final price as no negotiations are expected. 9. The bidder must quote for one or more complete lots. Bid covering only a part of the lot will be rejected. 10. In the comparison of Bids, Domestic Preference Scheme will be applied in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the Instructions to Bidders. NTDC reserve all its rights regarding rejection of bids as defined in Clause 33(1) of PPRA Rules 2004.
