EXPRESSION OF INTEREST AND PRE-QUALIFICATION
A non-governmental and non-profitable organization plans _ to strengthen Government hospitals in Balochistan. Applications are invited from leading companies and suppliers for provision of medical equipment of Laboratory, Gynae Unit, ICU, Nursery room, and Dental Unit Interested companies and suppliers are requested to submit their expression of interest and profile containing the following information / particulars duly supported by necessary documents: a. Full name, address of the registered office with telephone and details for receiving official correspondence; b. Registration documents c. Details of similar work carried out during the last 5 years duly supported by the documentary evidence d. List of cost of similar projects in hand indicating name of client and scope of work e. Income tax certificate for three years f. Affidavit that company has never been blacklisted g. After sale service setup in Balochistan h. Expertise to provide required training at operator level i. Registered with Government of Pakistan for the supplies of medical equipment 2014. Only companies and firms with similar experience shall apply. The intention of this invitation is to shortlist companies/suppliers to later invite technical and financial proposals. We reserve the right to reject any or all application without assigning any reason.
