PRE-QUALIFICATION NOTICE FOR
CIVIL, MECHANICAL. ELECTRICAL AND INSTRUMENT ENGINEERING/ERECTION CONTRACTORS
Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim, a leading Fertilizer Company having plant site at Karachi is looking for suitably qualified and sufficiently well-resourced professional companies for its upcoming "Coal based Power Plant" to provide services in the following Categories: Cat 01 Civil Construction Works Cat 02 Piping Integration & Engineering Cat 03 Mechanical Erection Cat 04 Electrical Engineering Cat 05 Electrical Erection Cat 06 Instrument & Control Engineering Cat 07 Instrument & Control Erection & Commissioning Note: Contractor /Consortium can apply for any one or more Categories. MINIMUM CRITERIA FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION: • Contractor/ Consortium has successfully completed at least three (03) similar projects in their own registered name within last five (5) years. • An original and latest Undertaking / Affidavit on Judicial paper that the Contractor / Consortium and its employees have never been blacklisted by any Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous or State Owned Organization and their cases regarding Blacklisting are not Under Trial by any Court of Law. THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION / DOCUMENTS ARE TO BE PROVIDED FOR APPLYING: • Name, Address and Contractor / Consortium Profile along with proof of registration with professional bodies. • Organizational set-up of Contractor/ Consortium indicating principals and technical staff with their bio-data including qualifications and experience. • List of similar project of Coal / Thermal Power Plants, Fertilizer & Petrochemical Plants handled within Pakistan or abroad along with relevant scope of Engineering &(or) Construction & Erection works. • Recent financial stability certificate from a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan. • Pre-Qualification Certificates with other Organizations. • Contractor / Consortium should be registered with Income Tax Department. • Contractor / Consortium to provide the data of projects executed on following formats:
