Blank tender document can be downloaded from NHA's Website i.e www.nha.pov.pk and Bidder i Contractors are liable to get it verified from the Director (Maintenance) Sindh-South, NHA-Karachi prior to participation in Bid or blank tender documents can be purchased from said office up to 30th January 2014 during office hours by depositing non refundable fee of Rs.3,000/- through demand draft / pay order in favor of National Highway Authority / Road Maintenance Account (RMA). 3. Earnest money (will be 2% of Bid amount) in the shape of Demand Draft/Pay Order in favour of "National Highway Authority/ Retention Money Account (RMA). 4. The sealed Tenders can be inserted in the tender box on 04th February 2014 upto 1200 hrs which will be opened at 1230 hrs on the same day by the tender opening committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representative. 5. Bidder shall also be required to submit rate analysis for any major items of bid below or above 15%. Any bidders submitting unsatisfactory low bid shall not be eligible to take part in re-tender of the same contract. 6. A bidder is essentially required to provide the correct and latest postal, e-mail and web addresses phone) cell /Fax Numbers at time of purchase of Tender documents for effective and timely communication. 7. The contractor will submit the tender documents in original and copy of the same in separate envelop clearly mentioning "ORIGINAL' and "COPY" if the bidders are unable to submit their bid in two envelops, the bids shall be considered non responsive. 8. The above tenders are also displayed on web site of PPRA & NHA. 9. Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tender as per PPRA Rules.
