NOTICE OF ADMISSION
GENERATION LICENCE APPLICATION OF Chambar Sugar Mills (Pat) Limited ICSMPL1 All stakeholders, interested / affected persons and the general public are notified that the Authority has admitted the Application of CSMPL for consideration of grant of Generation Licence for its thermal Power Plant. Brief of prospectus including salient features of the Application of CSMPL is as under:-
1. Introduction of Applicant
CSMPL is a Private Limited Company incorporated on May 12, 2011 vide Corporate Universal Identification No. 0075890) under section 32 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (XLVII of 1984).The Registered Office of the Company is at Room No. 206, Continental Trade Center (CC), Block-8. Clifton, Karachi. According to its Memorandum of Association, the objects of the company, inter alia, include electricity generation and its supply.

All stakeholders, interested/ affected persons and the general public are invited to submit their comments for ) or against the grant of Generation Licence. The comments should be submitted to Registrar NEPRA within a period of 14 days from the date of this publication.
