NTDCL Tender No. LTS-01/2014 LOADING/TRANSPORTATION/UNLOADING & PROPER STACKING OF 500KV TOWER MATERIAL FROM PECO WORKS LAHORE TO NTDCL WAREHOUSE MULTAN 1. National Transmission and Despatch Company Limited (NTDCL), a corporate entity constituted after restructuring of WAPDA intends to load/transporUunload/proper stacking 500 kV Transmission Line Material mentioned in clause 2 below from M/s Pakistan Engineering Company works Kot Lakhpat Lahore to NTDC's warehouse khanewal Road Multan through tender on National Competitive Bidding (NCB)  2a. NTDC (WAPDA) invites sealed bids from local transporters for loading /transportation/ unloading and proper stacking of the following material:
EEC. a) Description 111:1111112111 Tower Type AMG in accordance with requirement of Tender Docurnents. I) Basic Body (with stubs & cleats) Nos. 01 b) it) 6.1m Single Leg Extension Nos. 04 Tower Type DS1 in accordance with requirement of Tender Documents. I) Basic Body (with stubs & cleats) Nos. 02 ii) 2m Single Leg Extension Nos. 04 c) iii) 6m Single Leg Extension Nos. 04 Tower Type DD1 in accordance with requirement of Tender 8 2 8 8 Documents. I) Basic Body (with stubs & cleats) ii) 2m Single Leg Extension iii) 6m Single Leg Extension iv) 8m Single Leg Extension Nos. Nos. Nos. Nos.
2b. Total weight of above material is approximately 368 Tons and maximum dimension of the components is 8"x8"x1118" (200x200x28mm). 2e. The rates should be Quoted in Pak Rupees per Ton. 3. The successful bidder will have to carry out the work of loading/transportation/unloading and proper stacking of the material within a period of 20 working days from the works of M/s. PECO, Lahore to NTDCL Warehouse Malt an counted from the date of award of Work Order. 4. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased on submission of a written application to the above address and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 100 w.e.1.81112014 B. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of not less than (5%) of total bid Price and must be delivered to the above office anon before 301112014 at 11:00 a.rn 7. Bids will be opened on 301112014 at 11:30 a.m in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to attend immediately after the time set for the bid receipt. 8. The bidder must quote for all the material as per clause-2 above. Bid covering only a part thereof will be rejected. NTDC reserve all its rights regarding rejection of bids as defined in Clause 33)1)e) PPRA Rules 2004.
