A firm /joist venture will be selected for the service under quality cum cost based selection (QCBS) method under the procedure / criteria described in the request for proposal (RFP) documents. 4. You are invited to submit a comprehensive Technical Proposal in English (Original on Copy) and financial Proposal (Original One Copy) in separate sealed envelopes, for the services required under the Terms of Reference (TOR'S) latest by 20-01-2014 till 12:00 Noon. 5. RFP documents / TOR are available in the office of the undersigned and can be obtained on any working day during Office hours at least 07-days before closing date on cash payrnent of Rs.5000/- (Non-refundable).
