TENDER NOTICE
Sealed bids for the contract of canteen for the year 2014-20:5 are invited from the registered and well reputed firms having three year everienceof running canteen in teaching hospitals kr the Govt. Nawaz Sharif Hospital, Yak Gate, Lahore as per schedule given below. The bid documents are available on cash payment of Rs.200/- (non-refundable) from the accounts department of Govt. Nawaz Sharif Hospital, Yaldri Gate, Lahore during the office hours. The bid will be received and opened on following schedule in the conference room (Admn Block) of the Govt. Nawaz Shari( Hospital, Yakki Gate, Lahore.

Note: 1. Tender will be processedaocording to the PPRA Rules 2009 bid notice is also available on PPRA website (ivww.0pra.fluniab.aov.ok).
2. As per provision under the procurement rules, bid security 50000/- will be furnished by the bidder as per PPRA Rules chapter V clause 25.
3. Single stage: Two Envelopes bidding procedure shall be applied.
The envelopes should be marked as "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" and "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL" in bold and eligible letters. Sealed bids are to be submitted in person at 10:30am in tender box placed in the office of the undersigned which will be opened in the presence of the interested bidders as per schedule given above. The financial proposal of bid found technically non-responsive shall be returned unopened to the respective bidders.
4. The undersigned reserves the right to reject or accept any offers without assigning any reason whatsoever.
