Technical and Financial Consultants Required
Punjab Industrial Estates Development & Management Company (PIEDMC) has developed Industrial Estate at Sundar (near Lahore). The company has its own state of the art Operation & Maintenance (O&M) system, which includes distribution system of power and fimely collection of payments of billing. The proposed project will ensure attractive returns on investment. OPIEDMC is seeking the services of technical and financial consultants to prepare the Terms of Reference for setting up 50-100 MW power project at Sundar Industrial Estate. The Consultant will technically evaluate Sponsors' proposals. Based on technical evaluation, the consultant(s) will be making recommendations, monitoring, construction supervision and acceptance testing to the satisfaction of PIEDMC. OThe consultants are requested to submit their pre-qualification documents including but not limited to their experience in developing such power project, methodology for development, tirne required to cornplete the assignment and other details which will help establish their credentials.
