(Module-V) • Equipment for News Room (Module-V1) • Equipment for Computers, Printers & Related (Module-IV) Tender Opening Date: 29-01-2014, Tender Fee: Rs. 1000/- Tender forms along with detailed specifications and terms & conditions of tender may be obtained from the Purchase Office on payment of Rs. 10001- (non-refundable). The sealed tenders must reach the University Office by 29-01-2014 through Registered Post/Courier Service. Tenders will be opened on the same date & day at 12:00 noon. in the presence of the firrn's representatives. Tender will not be accepted without 2% CDR of the total bid cost and tender fee. No tender will be received by hand or after the due date and time. Vendors must quote their rates on the prescribed tender documents according to the specifications. The decision of the University Purchase Committee will be final in all respects regarding this purchase. The University reserves the right to cancel any/ all tenders without assigning any reason as per PPRA's rules.
