The participants must quote the rates both in words and figures, telephone number, mobile number, postal address, fax number most be mentioned in the bids. 3. In case the date of opening/submission is declared as a public holidays by the Government of non-working day due to any reason, the next official working day shall be deemed to be the date for submission and opening of tenders at the same time & venue. 4. The procuring agency may reject all or any bids subject to the relevant provisions of SPPRA-2010 Rules
